I know of no one that works harder for their clients

Mr. Barbour did accomplish what I had originally sought his services for, and that is all it really boils down to; however, the communication between him, his secretary, and myself was terrible. In my opinion, there were not appropriate response times and lack of follow-up with email and phone calls. It took over half of a year to complete a task that should of taken a month or two. I may not be a "big fish", but the services I sought were still important and I feel that they should be addressed as equal.
