I just want to share that I had such a great experience and it was because of John! He definitely deserves to be recognized! He has such a bright light and getting things done and showing great customer service. I dislike ordering payoffs for Ajs but in this case I hope I can get another one or have a relatable experience because he made it super easy! Very professional and I’m grateful! Thank you for getting the job done but for also being so good at what you all do! Our clients matter and I see it does with you all as well!

Spoke to Neeti today 8/5 and she was amazing! Great customer service, and was so helpful! Musaip was very helpful with me this morning! He was thoughtful and attentive and provided great option to help me get back on track! Very Grateful!

I had never had a judgement hearing against me in my life. I'm a 67 year old widow and was very anxious and scared. But when I called Michael j Scott I spoke with a wonderful lady named Neeti! She was very kind helpful and professional. She answered all my questions sometimes more than once. Lol. I think she is quite an asset to this company. I recommend if anyone needs to contact them you ask for her. Thanks again Neeti!

I called to setup my payment plan, the associate that answered the call gave me false information. The associate lied to me and stated that i had to pay a downpayment of $600+ and would not be able to make a payment plan without it. The associate then stated that the lowest the plan could go was $260+ a month. I was able to setup the payment plan without a downpayment and with a much lower monthly rate myself online. 0/0 stars for that interaction. I wish I would have caught the associates name so i could put it in my review.
