If zero stars were possible, that would be my rating. The actions and false statements made by Mike Nash caused catastrophic harm to my husband and my family. Four years of our lives were taken from us because of information that should have been truthful and responsible. The damage to my children is permanent. I will not forget, I will not be intimidated, and I will continue to pursue lawful accountability and restitution for what was done. Anyone considering involvement should research carefully and proceed with caution.

I wouldn't recommend using this guy , he is absolutely rude . he will not let you give him any information until he is done with what he "thinks " he has to say , then he asked he a question about why I think I have a case and what exactly happened , I tried to answer him and got one sentence in to what I was saying and he stopped me dead in my tracks interrupting me and then again would not let me get in a word at all . when he was done talking again, I told him what had happened to me (Like he had asked me to in the first place ) he then tells me and I quote " well sir, all you have done is told me what your injuries are from the procedure,not why you think it's malpractice." while I understand that it has been too long since my surgery , I felt very disrespected by his rudeness towards me possibly being a potential client. I would advise anyone to take their time and money elsewhere .

He is not rude. He is actually very nice! He really cares Bout his client's best interest.

Rude when you trying to talk to him. He won't let you talk. I'm advise don't use him.

Mike Nash is Awesome! Not your typical lawyer! He is a real person easy to talk to and will go to bat for you! Do not lie to him and Mike will kick butt for you! One of the best attorneys in town, I’ve met most of them! Mike GETS IT DONE!!!
