Michael Quirk is an excellent attorney and an expert in consumer fraud. He has won two cases for my family, and over the years we have sought his advisement several times. He is very thorough when analyzing your case, he actively listens to get a full understanding of your concerns, and is very skilled at finding a way to reach the resolution you are looking for. A couple of the other reviews state that he is rude, but I'd argue that he has a no-nonsense, straight-forward style that is professional, assertive and effectively gets results...exactly the type of attorney you want fighting for you in these cases.

Michael was very professional and pleasant to speak with. While he wasn’t able to take my case, he took the time to talk me through possible options and gave me helpful guidance. I really appreciated his patience and the way he clearly explained things. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with car fraud issues.

Difficult to contact, and never returned my calls. Once we did speak, he was rude and unhelpful. Unpleasant to deal with, and a terrible listener. Kept interrupting and did not follow what I was telling him. Should have read some of the other reviews. This guy was a waste of time.

I could not say enough about how great Michael is. After getting screwed over by a local dealership on a car I purchased, I contacted Michael and within a few months he was able to get the the dealer to take the vehicle back, and I got a little money on top of it. One of the rudest persons I've ever dealt with on the phone. Wouldn't let me finish talking and kept cutting me off. He seemed angry to have to be on the phone with me.

Michael is by far the best of the best attorney's thar deal with automotive claims. He's so specialized and so keen in his work. His compassion resonates in his detail and detective abilities. Michael has also taught me a lot on the do's and don't on buying a car. I've worked with large firms and small firms on separate case since him (non related). One thing is for sure, that I've learned is that having the one on one with him is way less stressful and way more rewarding. This attourney should publish articles or books for his success but he's too humble. You can't go wrong with him!
