In 2020 I got injured on a job while transferring a patient I hired Mike to represent me in this case I had to have physical and occupational therapy along with several other medical visits a few months after the injury I was told to report to the hospital by my physical therapist while at a visit with them once there I was admitted into the hospital and 2 days later I had emergency spinal fusion cervical discectomy surgery I was hospitalized for 1 week my case settled 2 months after surgery I found it strange that Mike continuously stepped out of his office away from me while allegedly negotiating settlement with insurance company attorney when the phone calls were over Mike told me he had settled for ! FORTY THOUSAND ! and that was their highest offer FORTY THOUSAND...yes you read that correctly....Mike told me 40k after being hospitalized for 1 week after surgery along with needing continued physical therapy 6 months later I ended up no longer able to work and getting full SSI disability...this man is a scam, please! Please! Seek other counsel he will take your money and pocket it HE IS DEFINITELY COLLUDING WITH THE WORKERS COMP INSURANCE ATTORNEYS THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED BY LEGAL ACTION ( IN COURT ) AND SUED HIMSELF! THIS MAN WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY HE IS A SCAM PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT HIRE MIKE!

Great quick down to the point. Sounds very promising.. RESULTS. MR SHULTZ IS A STRAIGHT BEAST. answer all my questions. Gave me his cell number. Probably called to much or texts. Buy he never said anything. Got me a good deal 6 figures. Had a 2 level cervical fusion. Amd thankful for Mr shultz and associates. Would recommend for anyone with a work injury

Michael Schultz is an attorney in my case is the worst attorney ever! He doesn't care about family what you are going through the only thing Michael cares about is how much money he can put in his pocket my advice to all go to osterbauer that's a real workman's comp attorney! Don't be fooled by he's the best attorney in Minnesota you can do much better! I was told by my QRC Paul that Mike was colluding with my work attorney and he told me that at the doctor's office!
