Michael Schwartzberg was very knowledgeable in the New Jersey Bankruptcy laws and procedures. He was able to not only reduce the time of the case, but also the amount that needed to be settled. I would highly recommend him getting through a Bankruptcy.

He a terrible lawyer because he failed to represent me in court and opted to giving advice that didn't include the counter defense in suing for fraudulent complaint. He only wants easy cases that don't take up his time and make his money in the end. It seems his best reputation is representing clients who are looking to buy or sell their house. By the way, he lied to me about the bank and would not sell to a family member that the home was owned by a deceased family member.
