Terrible!!! I was misrepresented. Bert Rose is rude. Never letting me finish a statement or question. Very slow at responding (if he responds) and short. Had me plea to something that was worse than the original charge. I recommend to not deal with this firm at all.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this firm. While the legal matter itself was ultimately resolved, the process left me feeling disrespected and misled. Billing and communication were inconsistent throughout the case. I was not provided clear or upfront information about potential out-of-pocket costs, despite repeated assurances early on that insurance would cover the matter. I later received a substantial bill that was not discussed in advance, with charges and adjustments that were difficult to reconcile. Communication became unprofessional once I raised concerns about billing and asked for clarification. Rather than working collaboratively toward a fair resolution, the tone shifted in a way that made the experience stressful and unpleasant. I trusted this firm based on their representations and expected transparency and professionalism. Unfortunately, that trust was not met. I would strongly advise future clients to request detailed written estimates and billing expectations upfront.

Just unsatisfied with the communication

Wonderful and caring Law firm. Very fair not overpriced. The entire staff was Wonderful. Very very honest and about what your outcome will could look like. I was left with some residual legal problems from another law firm that I used in the past. Staut lawyer Bert Rose and staff helped me fix all the incomplete legal issues that was unresolved after I paid over 10 thousands dollars to past Lawyers. If you want someone who is not just out for Money and someone who is out to sincerely help you...Staut Law is your solution.

They are very disorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend.

Disorganized and slow. They took a long time to handle anything and seemed to not actually do anything, then they requested we sign an agreement taking way more fees than I have ever seen, so we terminated all services, they must not have realized that we never agreed to any fees and in a letter stated they would take a percentage from any future payments, even though we did not have a contract or agreement.

Just had a couple of questions. Was more than willing to help.

Calin was so helpful, even with the bad news he was honest and straightforward at all times. Always answered calls and responded to emails promptly.

The employees of this law firm will hang up on you are extremely unprofessional and will not follow up I would recommend choosing another law firm
