I would like to offer my advice to anyone who has been in an auto accident that was not your fault. Mr. Alcozer took my case in May, and it is already settled, very much to my satisfaction. Do not hire this firm. Beatty took my retainer fee and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Wouldn't return my calls, falsified records, lied about time billed. When asked for a contract, statement of billing hours, he wouldn't produce. I've contacted The Texas State Bar and have started the grievance process to have him disbarred. A total CROOK. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY!.....!.!!.! !..
