Good work

This was quite some time ago, but I was giving a referral to someone else and realized I should review her. Michelle represented me starting in 2002. I herniated 3 discs in my back at work and was getting the run around. I called Michelle & had a consultation. Once she got involved, everything shifted. I started getting paid on time. She told me I could chose my own Dr- and I did. My GP oversaw all the testing & referrals to specialists. Finally got a full diagnosis. B/c they’re WC attorneys they have a lot of cases but I found their office to be empathetic and responsive. Without them I would’ve been screwed. I no longer live in SF & I’m sure they don’t remember me but I will never forget them.

They help me make justice.

Lack professionalism. Never returned client phone calls. Blamed client for errors. Case successfully, quickly resolved with another attorney.

Michelle has so much experience she was working on things before they were needed for my case which made this very bad experience less stressful for me and my family. Can't thank her and her staff enough.

Her staff is very rude and hung up in my face then when I called back Adriana got rude and start talking smack how can a lawyer have unprofessional staff they won't be open for long

This attorney's staff, like every single other attorney I contacted in California, from a list provided me from the state of california, didn't return my phone calls for assisance. Do california attorneys actually give a care about the workers who pave their roads, serve their meals, and build their products?...I guess their inaction to help me proves the answer to the question...they're all self-made they drive their BMWs and graduate with their law degrees without any help at all. The top of the pyramid scheme could care-less about those who prop them up. It's time the sub-structure of their wealth helps themselves and abandons their overseers-let them fall to the ground.

after my claim was closed Michelle fought my case and still continues to fight my case.

Called michelle for some advice about my workers comp claim, talk about RUDE! She was loud and aggressive and gave me the worst advice! I'm very glad I spoke to another lawyer first before calling her definitely made it clear that she did not have the right advice for me/ my case! Glad I didn't hire her!!!
