I would NOT recommend! I originally reached out because a family member lost their SSI benefits. I was assured that once we established a trust we would work to restore the SSI benefits. After almost a year of setting up the trust I received a letter saying our services are complete! I spent $$$ from by family members account to set up a trust to only deal with this attorneys assistant repeatedly and have them inform me that restoring benefits is not their specialty….Additionally, when I emailed the lawyer NO reply I had to follow up with her assistant. All facts her no conjecture I would NOT recommend!

I was the Ward to a DD Partial Guardianship held by my mother, and I called Michigan Law Center and hired Mark Schwesinger to represent me so I could petition the courts to terminate the Partial Guardianship. As of today, after 8 years, I am a free woman. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this law firm, especially if you're a Ward seeking to challenge an unfair guardianship. The receptionists are really nice and treat you like a human being. My attorney himself was very attentive to my case and kept me up to date to important information regarding my case. I had to wait over two weeks, for a phone appointment. The day of my phone appointment, once again two week wait. I received a call from the attorney assistant,. basically asking questions to see if the attorney would even be interested. I was informed that she would consult with the attorney, and they would return my call within a week. It been 3 weeks, and today I received a call. Very disappointed with their professionalism, and lack of concern with value of my time. I do not recommend this Law Firm.

I am an attorney and recently. Had an excellent experience with Michele From the Michigan law center. After a colleague recommended her,I consulted her regarding a specific probate trust issue which I do not handle but is necessary for the resolution of a settlement for a client. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she gave me great advice and instead of Recommending that my client hire her which I believe most attorneys would have done suggested possible options so that we may be able to resolve this without having to go through probate court. She is also very pleasant and easy to work with I highly recommend her!!
