As a realtor, I have had many closings with Geoffrey Middleton. Why do I keep coming back? Simple answer is that regardless of how complicated the situation, he and his GREAT SUPPORT staff always get the title work and the settlement statements done on time. I've never seen an incorrect settlement statement at a closing, and the communication about any potential problems is prompt which avoids issues. I have peace of mind when I set a closing up here, that it will be done right. People don't like last minute surprises, which is where most problems occur, and this staff is on top of things, so much stress is avoided. Would also add that the free webinars that they conduct are very informative. He presents a wide variety of subjects, not just about real estate, but legal topics that really bring awareness to legal issues. I've learned about estates, 1031 exchanges, and much more. I try not to miss any of these, but if I do, they are recorded and I can watch at my convenience. I'd give 6 stars here if I could.
