If I could give it one star I would! Worst experience I've ever had!
I would have to say I’m really dissatisfied with this company (well the female lawyer over my case) she has had my case for over two months if not longer. I had to reach out to her on a status update and she tells me unfortunately they can’t help me due to “We are unfortunately unable to establish a causal link between the initial injury/trauma that you suffered, and your subsequent hip fracture. Your medical records have been included in this email for personal review.” I literally had to reach out to even find out about them dropping me as a client.
Ms. Robertson, we sincerely appreciate you allowing our firm to review your case. Unfortunately, review of potential medical malpractice claims can take several weeks and often months before a final determination regarding the viability of a case can be made. The time frame for review of a potential claim is dependent upon several factors. During this time, medical records must be ordered and received from medical providers and then reviewed by our team of malpractice attorneys and consulting physicians. Potential claims must meet the requisite elements of negligence (duty owed to the plaintiff or existence of a professional standard of care, breach of duty or failure to adhere to the standard of care, causation, and damages). At all times during the review process, and at the time of a final determination by our office, our staff will communicate via phone, text, email, and US mail to ensure that each client is kept updated regarding the disposition of their claim. While our determination is not a reflection of the merits of your claim, we recommend that all potential claimants seek further opinions from our local legal community regarding the viability of their claim. Attorney Michael Bell and his team of lawyers are the best in Birmingham! I highly recommend them. I was involved in a car wreck in Homewood and they really worked hard to get my case resolved quickly. They kept me informed on a weekly basis and I never had to wonder if someone was working on my case. The entire process took about 12 weeks for my case to be completed.
