I needed help with a probate case in Austin. I live in Oregon and had no experience with probate or Texas. After several interviews with local firms, Massey Law seemed to be the right fit. I liked their option of flat fee knowing that cases and court issues could be a black hole. The process seemed simple and was but did take about a year to complete. The attorneys were very knowledgeable and responsive.

Dealing with probate after the death of a loved one is extremely difficult. It's emotionally draining and mentally demanding. The loss can also affect you physically. Living out of state (from where loved ones die) can make the entire process that much more difficult. Mike Massey's team made this entire ordeal SO MUCH easier. From finances, to property, to paperwork, and court appearances, Glenda walked me through each step and readily answered any questions I had. NOTE: They also answered questions I DIDN'T KNOW TO ASK. I highly recommend the Mike Massey, LLC law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance in Texas. The pictures are of me in Austin, TX approaching and sitting at the courthouse. I had and excellent and professional service from Glenda C. Clausell in Houston and her firm Mike Massey Law. The service consisted in preparing and submitting an Small State Affidavit. My siblings live in different countries and Glenda was patient enough to guide us to the process. Do not hesitate to pay in advance to this firm. I received a service as if I was paying by the hour. 2020 has not been an easy year for me. My my mother passed away in November 2018 and my dad passed away in January 2020 and left me with a bit of a mess to handle. Glenda has helped me through all the probate legal jargon and getting things organized so I can properly handle my family’s estate. She explained things in a way I could understand and made everything very clear so I was not confused by any of it. If I had a question she responded promptly and made sure I was okay. I feel she went above and beyond with my probate case and will trust Glenda to handle my mothers probate as well. I am thoroughly impressed and feel completely satisfied with my probate case. Yes, due to Covid it took MUCH longer than expected however, she kept me informed and up to date with everything and made sure I understood what was happening. We also had the added stress of me being in California and probate being handled in Texas which rarely had any issues. I would highly recommend Glenda to handle your probate, wills or any estate planning because she truly went above and beyond to help me in my time of need!
