He’s ok when your case is going to trial but when after the final trial he doesn’t respond to anything, like in regards to the other half not paying their debts or the other half put kids in danger or when they violate my constitutional rights, He’s just trying to make another paycheck before he retires. Wouldn’t recommend.

Trial. Would not call witnesses. Told the judge that I was trying to get him to lie. Would not get the audio//video admitted. Had to cut court early for an appointment in amarillo. Now they say I have to pay 1500.00 for this engineer. Straight railroad. God will deal with you

Did good the first year, after that I feel my $5000 retainer was a total waste. Especially the last time I went to visit him he told me he “couldn’t” get me back in court and his paralegal could not find my file because it was offsite when I asked for the remainder of my retainer back. As a client I had to call multiple times to get a call back and feel like my case was on the back burner the whole time, as a client who paid a lot of money up front I feel I wasn’t given the representation in what should have been a “land slide” easy case for him.
