Miles Mediation & Arbitration

I highly recommend the services of Miles Mediation & Arbitration, and in particular the professional skills of Ward Davis, Esq. My company was seeking to recover a large sum of money and our contract required that we attend mediation prior to the initiation of a lawsuit. I think mediation should be a prerequisite for the resolution of almost any conflict prior to seeking relief in the Court system! Mr. Davis and the staff at Miles Mediation were extremely accommodating to my group's needs from the start. The facilities and break out rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the lunch served was delicious, snacks & drinks were always available and these little thoughtful touches made it easier to concentrate on the matter at hand. Mr. Davis spent the day facilitating, coaxing, encouraging and advising both sides to our Mediation session resulting in a compromise and settlement agreement which did not seem attainable in the morning at the onset. Mr. Davis handled everything professionally and with compassion & understanding. Highly recommend, a much more pleasant experience than a lawsuit!
