So. If you hire Scott Goode, he probably won't get back to you right away cause he's too busy. Which seems good at first, right? Busy means he is helping people. But, then....Zero follow up, zero action, $3,000 retainer and....nothing. no phone calls to the DA, nothing proactive, lack of timely follow-up. It's insanity. $3,000 should buy me a phone call back or access to a cell phone number, brother! You are military. I get you're Navy, but the Army does things differently. I had to fire you and hire someone else. I needed stuff done, people called, and things put into motion, but you did nothing, while sitting on 3 grand. Thank you for the prompt refund, I wish you better time management in the future.

For over 10 years, I battled with visitation denials, OK CPS investigations with the custodial parent, my X taking the children to 3 different states and 4 previous lawyers. Scott is the first lawyer that I found to be a true advocate for Father’s Rights and the rights of a Non-Custodial Parent. Scott is a brilliant litigator and it was truly impressive to see him in court. I actually felt bad for opposing counsel since, Scott was extremely professional, he held my X accountable for the first time and we were well prepared for the fight. Military law group was timely in their actions and filings. You do get what you pay for with Military Law, which is a lawyer that respects you as a person experiencing hardship with your custody/visiation, and Scott fights for you with the tenacity of a warrior and veteran.

I would NOT recommend using Scott to anyone going through a nasty divorce. The communication is 1/10 and you have to threaten firing him before you even get a call back. Meanwhile, there’s emergencies going on that need immediate resolution. He throws every excuse he can at you as to why he hasn’t called. At the very least, a quick email would suffice. But he can’t do that either. He claims he’ll call on such and such date, that day goes by without a phone call. Before you know it, you’re a year and $40,000 into it and you have NOTHING to show for it. For $300 an hour, you should be able to count on better communication. Absolute waste of time and money.

$250 to schedule a consult? And these people are recommended to disabled veterans on a fixed income…sad

Scott and his group changed my life. I was drawn to Military Law Group as a Veteran. After meeting with them I knew it was the right firm for me. This is by far the worst representation I have ever received from anyone. I've paid this law firm 8000$ dollars I'm still not divorced I'm homeless and right before my attorney went on vacation I told him how I'm broke and can no longer male my mortgage well now they withdraw with false accusation stay away all military buddies.

After using two other attorneys I was left standing alone in a divorce which had been ongoing for over 2 years. Then I found Scott. He jumped in and turned everything around for me.
