They have been genuinely helpful during my disability case. From being on the street and not having unstable housing has caused my disability. Recently being diagnosed with Autism and waiting 14 months due to chronic illnessness and not being able to hold down a steady job, nothing that I can control but it was due to my mental illnesses. Being domestic assaulted so many times has caused my inability to talk within my voice box Abasia and Avasia also being diagnosed with autism.We recently filed the appeal *This firm was great!* 14 months since the initial file as my last employment date was 14 months ago.

They handled my son’s appeal, and were very well prepared. If you have a legit disability they’ll win it for you. We dealt with Chris in the beginning, and she was very helpful. Edwin Anderson was the attorney for the hearing, and he did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Miller disability. We first tried Garza, and they were not interested. That’s their loss.

Everyone in the office is so helpful and walked me through every detail. I was able to get my disability after 3 years from filing the paperwork. They took out their portion after I was notified about receiving benefits. I would hands down recommend this group. They were always on top of things and worked hard to get me approved. This group is fantastic

For me I was seeking council on a disability appeal. I was told upon calling that my gross income couldn’t be a dollar over $1k. Untrue, but anyway, a call was scheduled a month out for a paralegal I believe? Call never happened. I call back and ask why this happened? They had the wrong number, wrong last name, and I sent a release of info into these people. I am hopeful for a better experience with the firm I went with. Good luck guys. Never have I ever. Never will I again.

I absolutely do not recommend this law firm. They are my current attorney for my disability claim. The only thing they have done for me so far is get my mailing address changed. They are not good about returning emails.. The only bright spots I see in their company are the brunette front office worker and the paralegal named Dana. They are terrible about replying to emails. For many months I have been told that their email system is " Wacky ".. Really ? this is supposed to be a top tier disability attorney and their email system is wacky ? ! I hired them thinking they would be beneficial in filing out the necessary paperwork for my claim. So far I have done the paperwork ,not them. I am not sure if Kenneth Miller even exists . .Before hiring them I asked for a lot of opinions on them. So far my experience has been much different than the people I talked to.. As far as I am concerned they are a joke. I really have no hope for the future of my disability claim . Of course my claim has been denied so far. They just sent me the paperwork to file for a reconsideration. Of course I am expected to do it not them .I am not disability lawyer. Its kind of like hiring a grant writer and that writer expecting you to write the grant application . So much for the value of their expertise and experience . I think they dont think this is a winnable case so they dont want to put much effort into it. However if I do finally get approved they will still get a cut. I strongly suggest that people ask a lot of questions before hiring a disability attorney . Make sure you know what you need to do and what they are supposed to do .
