Mr. Miller handled my divorce two years ago, and despite them being slightly difficult to get in touch with, my expectations were met. Now I've PCSd out of state, and was instructed to contact them for assistance updating information. After our first few conversations, I've essentially been ghosted and forced to retain the services of a different attorney. Pros: Mr. Miller is very efficient, reasonably priced, and his team (Tiffany) was very kind during a very challenging time for me. Cons: Uncommunicative, slow to respond.

Let me just say I’ve had these guys as my lawyers for 5 years now , I went to several other lawyers around and no one seemed sure about my case and whether I was facing jail time. I went to Miller & Fowlkes and spoke with Billy and Tiffany and they immediately put me at ease. Case went very smoothly, and years later I’ve had other issues that have been resolved. I went to this lawyer to get help obtaining a divorce. He spent 5 minutes with me and charged $1000 and wouldn’t give a receipt. His assistant sent papers through email a few days later with numerous typos and misinformation ( I have the emails). All the firm did was mail the papers with typos and the suggestion that my spouse obtain counsel. No timeline… no anything… DO NOT HIRE this firm… he is useless and only wanting your money. 7 months later, my spouse’s lawyers contacted Miller and they emailed wanting to know if I wanted them to represent… I said yes since I’d already paid him in cash… then in subsequent email they couldn’t meet with my schedule… just a shyster… steer clear…
