I dealt with Trip Redford and wouldn't wish this on anyone. He took a simple case and drug it out for years just to have billable hours. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Very impressive group. Julie, the receptionist is so lovely and friendly. She just made my visits every time I came in.

Terrible! Warning: Never use them. The worst I’ve ever dealt with.

Dear Donald Rose, I found your letter dated August 8, 2014. It's been long enough to finally warrant any response, as it was laughed out of any sort of relative importance by my lawyers before. Long ago, your clients received and were afraid to open the letter in response from my lawyers. In brief: Sin The's copyrights have no basis in reality. He has lost 2 lawsuits already, and the copyright is a joke. If you filed them, then let the reader of this be forewarned against using your offices to file patents and copyrights. His loss in court to Jake Mace was especially embarrassing because of his basic admission of fraud. Copyrights of choreographed movements can only exist in specific set movements, and since martial arts always changes, he cannot copyright "martial arts movements." It [martial arts] pre-existed him and will last long after he is deceased. Shaolin pre-exists him and is historic, and also cannot be copyrighted. Furthermore, I left the SDA in 2010, as Sin The, former Grandmaster, knows because I informed him of it, and at that time became his student, solely. I have no reason not to compete directly with Sin The Gym, LLC. Now if he desires to remove me from his personal lineage because on August 1, 2014 I warned him via text that there was a child molester in his organization (the SDA) at a non-Lexington location, then that's his prerogative. But it had nothing to do with providing an acupuncture business card to a person I don't even know working as a cashier at a Kroger's. If your office doesn't use facts, that's another reason prospective clients should use your office. Finally, you should be informed that Sin The has no special right to a cone of silence. The only reason I haven't plastered the above facts all over the internet is to repay a debt of gratitude. But I could have easily used it to harm his reputation, and still can. Something to bear in mind, next time you send frivolous letters. I hope this helps you in your long term practice, to become a competent member of the Bar. yours truly, Shifu Careaga

Attorney, Tom Marks, held a business closing for me last week. He did a wonderful job in his preparation. I could not have been more pleased and appreciative of the legal service he provided.
