Do not use Mr. Miller for employment law. He did not itemize the work he did and he did not inform of what was going on with the case. I made an error in not vetting this guy. Ask around he is not a good employment lawyer. He is lazy and irresponsible. No pride in his name or work! His response is pitiful. He admits he is what I stated in the prior post. He acknowledges representing me but doesn't deny his poor performance. As I stated DON'T USE THIS ATTORNEY!!!

I would give it a zero if I could, just off of being told they don't like to handle hard to prove cases! I was also told my case was being reviewed by the company I was suing but I just found out they didn't even send my case to them. The attorneys were just getting to my case after a month in some change. Receive other legal advice they have been proven too busy to handle hard to prove cases. So they say my facts are wrong when it's right in the paperwork but their lazy lawyers now a day that just can't put in the hard work to fight for what's right and what's wrong just what they can get out of the deal that you are getting. I have another lawyer that was willing and available to sit down with me face to face and not just email me. Good luck to anyone who goes here 👍🏾

Amanda is an amazing lawyer! She was understanding and compassionate with me, while advocating fiercely for me. She not only won a favorable decision in my case, she pursued justice for me to the fullest extent humanly possible. She allowed absolutely no b.s. to fly and constantly held opposing counsel's feet to the fire in order to expedite the case. My case was an unusual one, but Amanda didn't hesitate to take on the challenge and fight for me. She then went above and beyond and pressed for penalties when they didn't honor the settlement in a timely manner. From beginning to end, Amanda was professional, thorough, and a fierce fighter for her clients. I can not recommend her enough.
