Took care of my accident settlement professionally

One of your paralegals has been harnessing me for months. I have called and made a complaint & they had told me I was ‘tattling’. This behavior should not be tolerated at a law firm. She’s been verbally harassing me through text messages & on social media. Having a paralegal in your law firm that is harassing people is not okay. I’m extremely disappointed & surprised a law firm such as this one would condone these actions.
