Kip was very good at showing up for my court dates so I did not have to. Although we never met one single time, not even on a zoom call & the only times we spoke was briefly when I requested it. He is a champ at showing up for you in court and his office is great at sending you the monthly email to pay your legal fees so you never lose track. With that being said, if you want an attorney that is going to be there for you like attorney Brian Steele this is not the office for you. If you wanna call once and forget you have the issue till it’s time to plea out this is 100% the office for you. I personally would have liked an attorney that cared just a little bit about me. But I would recommend him to anyone who just wants to call and forget their issue for awhile. BUT, public service announcement!! Please keep in mind. If he tells you about probation through an “app”… it’s not a thing… and when you bring it to their attention. You’ll be ignored… I wasted $3500… please don’t make the same mistake as I did and pick another office!

Kip has been my attorney now for the last 5 years. He has always been on top of my cases and what is in my best interest. He makes sure that he deals with cases personally himself and doesn't pawn them off on partners or paralegals. Even when you call him after hours, he picks up the phone himself. One of my cases we took to trial. He was very personable and very good towards the jury. If I were to have another legal issue that I needed to take to trial, Kip would be the only attorney I would want to have do it. Very resourceful and well educated in Law.
