I hired Richard, as my employment attorney when my former company refused to pay me unemployment wages. Richard walked my through all of the necessary steps, coached me and guided me through the process. Once the hearing came everything went smoothly. He made sure that I understood how the process works and answered all the questions that I had. I ended up winning my case, and was able to receive my unemployment. His prices for some people may be a little too high, however for me I did not mind it. As you get what you pay for, if you want a good qualified knowledgeable lawyer then you will have to pay a little bit more. Not only is Richard Miller extremely knowledgeable, but he's also gonna fight for you. I was glad that I hired him, thanks Richard for everything 😀😁.

Overpriced useless lawyer. Highly do not recommend. He won’t fight for u, won’t follow up with you but his prices are like downtown law firms! Don’t waste your time.

Richard Miller went out of his way to help me get paid by a Chicago employer who was refusing to pay me. After trying to deal with the illinois department of labor (it takes way to long), I was referred to Miller. He took over all contact with the employer (who was very inappropriate towards me) and was successful in getting me paid the money I owed. He sent a strongly worded letter and talked with him on the phone. Miller obviously has the skills and power that is much needed when working with employment law and he executes it in a very timely manner. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.
