This review is solely for the the secretary for now. The secretary who answers the phone named Sara is an inconsiderate, unprofessional, individual who hung up on me several times because she didn't like my tone. I was speaking firmly which I indicated to her. She proceeded to hang up when I am calling about something important and concerning only furthing my frustration with the situation. I am still waiting on a response from the team concerning my case. For now this place is getting a one star until further notice.

Miller Zois is extremely well run, which in addition to getting great results, is notable in a space where many firms are not. They have a whole webpage on surgical malpractice, and when I called to discuss my claim, they weren't interested.

I would not even talk to this firm because they hung up on me when I was just trying to ask them a question. The woman was very rude to me.

I reached out to ask some questions and I was treated like garbage Tori was the name the woman gave me over the phone as she informed me she was leaving in 9 minutes and not have time to help me and that id be better off finding the website then told me that had i not been perscribled s uboxone then I wouldn't be suffering the consequences of drug addiction are you kidding me reached out tried to get answers ro some questions and got talked to like I was nothing Tori it cost $0.00 to be decent and kind to people I hope you or loved ones never suffer the consequences of becoming addicted to any substance do better be kind and if you hate your job tht much find a better setting for your self smh

Money hungry law firm. These people will only represent you in the AFFF lawsuit if you have cancer. Damn the vets diagnosed with other issues that are part of the lawsuit. I would highly recommend that vets look elsewhere for representation in this suit. These people only care about the $$$. They probably sit around the office laughing everytime they pick up another client in this case. But that's cool. In the end it's up to every vet to pick their own representation. The funny part is I have actual proof of the exposure, but no help from them since I don't have cancer from it

These guys have never represented me but they did make it a point to keep everyone who had an interest updated on the 3m litigation. For years.
