We Initially contacted to Mr. Alex Miller's office to get consultation of my Husband's N400 case as USCIS did not make any decision after his interview. Even after 120 days of him passing of the citizenship test we did not hear anything from USCIS. Mr. Miller advised us various options and one of them was to file lawsuit against USCIS.
