Looking for a lawyer? LOOK NO FURTHER. Phil researched and worked on my case up until walking into the court room. He fought hard and didn’t give up - although my case is a difficult one. In the end, he took care of business and got it done for me. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. They also have GREAT communication. You don’t have to wait hours or days for a returned call/email. 10/10 recommend.

I'm sorry but Mr Milligan was very rude and I couldn't even speak without him cutting me off before I can even ask my questions and it just made me feel as if I shouldn't even try to go into detail he wasn't even willing to listen I thought I would look for a Lawyer with more experience but I guess it really is the ones with the most years that have very short fuse and just lost their compassion for the people

Phillip and his staff are great! They were so helpful and professional. Anytime that I called or emailed with a question I always received a prompt answer. He represented me for two different cases and both times I got the outcome I was hoping for.

I was gonna be sentenced up to 1 year in jail for interlock violations when I called him they were upfront with me and told me he wasn't sure he could keep me completely out of jail but reduce it. cuz I was just tryna stay out of jail. But when the time came he got my whole case dismissed. I'm more than pleased with the outcome

If you're going to go over a contract with someone, read the contract first. Edit post reply: Planned on charging me we had agreed on a price of $250 dollars then when I realized he never read the contract I had asked him to review with me he proceeded to shoot up out of his chair, hand me the contract and tell me we're done here, get out, you don't owe me anything. Then proceeds to openly lie under my review stating it was "pro bono" from the start and that I just didn't like what he had to say. And wants to claim it's ashame on my end. Granted he didn't charge me but still completely unprofessional.
