Nathan Milner is absent minded. He takes on so many cases at once - they guy can't keep anything straight. Every time any discussion occurred he seemed like he was in another world. An attorney needs to have specific abilities and a skillset that they put into action. Not recommended. No AI help here. Just a blunt, and straight to the point review

Corrupt attorney who straight up lies to Judges & has certain Judges in his back pocket bcuz of how many fraudulent cases he brings to their courts. Not to mention he's a Landlord himself who fails to take care of his tenants. Recently sold such lovely condo for $46k....how nice of a condo could that be? I know he'll make a statement against this like he always does with bad reviews because heaven forbid it's actually his fault. Always puts the blame on the person filing the complaint. Instead of doing that Mr. Milner, why not look in the mirror & see just what corrupt things you do. His process server states he posts summons on defendants doors per an affidavit (does this at least 70% more than he serves, gets paid more for posting than servin..hmm...incentive to post than serve? Also shows the receipt of mailing it certified but no signed returned receipt card yet these Judges take his word for it & he now knows he can get away with it & has made it his practice. Process Servers have to make more than 1 attempt to serve a defendant, especially when they even know where they work but instead they state it was posted on the door after 1st attempt because he knows it can't be proved it wasn't served. His process server must have learned from him & fraudulently signing the affidavits because he knows it can't be proved it wasn't served. Do NOT use this attorney unless you want to be represented by an unethical so-called man of the law..it's no wonder not all Landlord's use you...most have heard about you & don't want someone who abuses the law to represent them.

ABSOLUTELY horrible! I unfortunately used Nathan a few years back for my criminal and custody case and let me just say… if you’re looking for someone to actually fight for you.. he’s NOT it. I could go on and on but long story short he wanted me to take the first plea deal thrown at me and “won” me supervised visit with my daughter. Ended up firing him and going with someone else and with that someone else took my case to trial and WON! Now I have my charges completely dismissed and FULL CUSTODY of my daughter! No thanks to Nathan. Lesson learned. If I could give him 0 stars I absolutely would.

Amazing personable attorney for an affordable fee!

Hired to take care of an eviction, communication and professionalism was terrible. Renter is still at my property and attempting to contact the attorney has been an utter disaster.

After we pay them we just never heard from him even though repeated calls and texts. The sad thing is is that he was a referral from a wonderful attorney who just didn’t handle rental matters. I would never use them never recommend them just plan on being utterly disappointed
