I was sent a letter from this firm offering services with a workers comp injury. I called and the Attorney I spoke to suggested calling my Doctor to get time off from work. I already know thats what I need to do. What I need help with is all the paperwork i'm drowning in and an advocate with all the people I keep getting ping ponged around with. I dont know why they send out these letters offering services if they dont actually want to help.

Be sure you choose your attorney wisely. This firm takes your case and drops you the day before Thanksgiving for reason's that are completely false according to the MD currently treating me.

They wont do anything about your case they will just settle wouldnt recommend. That is incorrect you told me id have to pay for doctors appointments which i dont have funds for but its ok i talked to you 5 times in over a year i have records you guys dont care you just want your 33%

Not a good experience takes to long to receive mail from them don't know if you can trust the attorneys they tell you to say you are hurt and you really aren't settlement come in and they don't want to pay you I called spoke to the paralegal by the name of Sarah she was a little rude when I asked when my check would be ready? she told me when Mr Miner is ready to give it to you. I don't recommend this law office to anyone for workers comp claims!!!!

Frank help settle my dad's case earlier this year and I recommend him to anybody who has work related injuries that need to be settle by a professional lawyer.

What can I say about Frank? He goes for the "W" and doesn't settle for less. He was in my corner for years. Hes not you atypical lawyer. Hes real and down to earth. He'll laugh, get angry and cry with you. Which is all the emotions you'll be going through with a work comp case. Frank cares about you and your well-being. Theres no one else i wouldve wanted in my corner fighting my fight for me. I highly recommend him.

Frank is really too busy to pay attention to ur case. Even tho he got me close but ,33000 for not doing to much but a few phone calls is robbery in my eyes. He rarely made it easy on me. I ask for 75000 and to a hundred. Couldn't even get me close to but he made sure to make it sound like he was gonna do the most for you not even close I seen him two in a year and promise me to get them to reimburse me for my travels especially when he couldn't remind me that court date had gotten switched . All I'm saying is was him at your own risk

I came to Frank Miner as a Navy veteran, unsure about how any of this works and Mr. Miner was so kind, had described the process of everything and it’s not overdramatizing of me to say that signature on our agreement in April 2013 was a pivotal moment of my life... To be 100% honest, Frank Miner is single handily the most skillful, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate man about his client’s and their family’s needs and if he’s able to help with anything, he WILL My case was a unique one and it was so infuriating because the insurance company was SO BAD and delayed everything that they could it seems. Our first hearing was so nerve wracking but Frank was such an outstandingly skilled litigator in/out the court room setting and he was so prepared for every potential question that could be asked. He had literally made the other party look like they brought a toy gun to a battlefield with the knowledge and expertise he has. We won our first trial, and everything Frank asked us to be awarded. We had to go through the appeals process and Frank was so patient as he explained the appeals process for me, (I asked a few questions so fast) and he is educated about my pain disease, CRPS, and he is the type of lawyer that just truly cares for his clients and it shows during times such as these... Throughout the next few years, 2015-2018, *another trial in 2018*. Frank had every opportunity to stop representing me due to all the issues we were having, and I know had a (in Omaha) SCS implanted and then removed a week and a half later, and I had to have it removed... Deep depression and anxiety that followed and Frank was there through it all with me and was so wonderful to my husband and children, and he knew how deeply they were becoming affected. Being a permanently disabled Navy Vet at 33 years old, is so hard to accept again, and I know this is a less than ideal situation, but, it would have been far worse than now. CRPS-Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is nicknamed the suicide disease and at times, I needed a lawyer to fight for me and I never ever would be where I am today if I had any other person representing me. THIS past weekend, Halloween 2020, he was negotiating my settlement agreement, and he was able to settle my lawsuit for an excellent and fair amount. I hadn’t even thought that day would come. Then, yesterday, I get a call from Frank and our hard copy settlement agreement that he needed my signature and notarized, and I was definitely in shock, again. Signing that agreement was the most surreal moment I’ve experienced and his paralegal also told me congratulations. Lol over the years I got to know everyone and this is a special Law Firm. Thank you so much Frank for what you did for my family and I. I don’t have anything I can say that would convey my thoughts and my and my family’s feelings. You’re an exceptionally amazing lawyer and I am unable to recommend Mr Miner as an attorney enough. She’s honest ,I fully trusted everything she advised me on , and after 7 years of going through ALOT , Jamie always had the answers and dealt with everything for me .
