Excellent Injury Attorney Services!!!! The whole team working my case has been absolutely amazing to me!!! So grateful for them and their help and even sometimes just a listening ear and patient explanation?! I'd recommend them to anyone!!! Hope I never need their services again; but if I did I'd definitely call them?!?!

I think most of the reviews are fake. I waited weeks to talk to an actual lawyer after signing with them to take my case and then finally called and insisted on speaking with someone, after leaving multiple voice mails and messages day after day after day. And then he tells me that they ( or me) does not have a case because they couldn't find out information on the person who did a Hit and Run on me. I spent less than 15 min on the phone and found out exactly what I needed for my case. I do not believe they are rated 4.9 because they did absolutely nothing for me or my daughter. Don't waste your precious time and definitely find a lawyer who cares about actually helping you get not just money but justice.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry that this experience felt frustrating – that is never the outcome we want for anyone who comes to us for help.

When a case involves a hit-and-run, our ability to move forward often depends on confirming key information such as insurance coverage, available identifying details, and whether recovery is legally possible under the circumstances. That process can require time and coordination with insurance carriers and other parties before an attorney can responsibly advise a client on next steps.

At the time this review was posted, our team was still actively working to gather that information and awaiting responses necessary to complete our evaluation. Our intent was to fully investigate the matter before providing final guidance, rather than rushing to conclusions without the facts needed to protect our client’s interests.

We understand how stressful and emotional these situations can be, particularly when injuries are involved, and we regret that the process felt unsatisfactory. Our goal is always to provide thoughtful, thorough representation and honest guidance based on what the law and available information allow.

We appreciate the feedback and wish you and your daughter the very best moving forward.

Very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Angie and was sent a contingency fee agreement, and I was told I had legal representation. All of this occurred quickly on December 10. Initially, they even sent me an acceptance letter with another person’s name, which I had to correct. My incident occurred on April 14, and I am still recovering. I was informed that my medical records needed to be obtained promptly due to time limitations. There was sufficient time to begin this process, but instead, no meaningful action was taken. After a delay, I was told they were now out of time and could not proceed with my case. Communication was extremely poor. Angie stopped responding to emails and calls after stating that a case manager would contact me, which never happened. Despite the lack of communication, they were able to send a rejection email and follow it immediately with a rejection letter. When I asked attorney Joey about the discovery rule, I was told it was “too big of a question” and advised to find another lawyer. This conversation occurred on January 5, 2026. If my case could not be handled, that should have been clearly stated from the beginning. Instead, my time was wasted. Based on my experience, the negative reviews I read beforehand were accurate. Lesson learned. Case closed. Please don’t delete my truth!

Nicolette, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that this experience left you feeling frustrated — that is never our goal.

Certain matters, including potential medical malpractice claims, require a very careful and time-sensitive review under applicable law. These cases involve strict notice requirements, filing deadlines, and ethical obligations that require attorneys to obtain and review complete medical records and, when appropriate, consult with qualified medical experts before a claim can responsibly move forward. When there is not sufficient time to complete those required steps, we are unable to proceed ethically or in a client’s best interest.

In your case, our team worked promptly during the initial review period, communicated regularly, and an attorney personally discussed our assessment with you by phone. During that conversation, we explained why, based on the timing, available information, and governing legal standards, we could not responsibly pursue the claim. We also made additional attempts to follow up and ensure all questions were addressed.

We understand how difficult and disappointing it can be to hear that a case cannot proceed, especially while you are still dealing with medical issues. Our intent is never to dismiss concerns or waste anyone’s time, but to provide honest guidance grounded in the law and our ethical responsibilities.

We appreciate your feedback and sincerely wish you the very best moving forward.

Minner Vines was incredibly helpful and caring throughout the process. They took so much off my plate, making a difficult situation far less stressful to navigate. Mackenzie kept me informed every step of the way, was always responsive, and advocated for me even when facing constraints. I'm so grateful for their support.

I had an exceptional experience working with Joey Johnson. From our very first meeting, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me understand every step of the legal process.
