Not what they seem the person I spoke to said they would only offer services if I’m ready to sue someone? How could I possibly know if I have a lawsuit if I’m looking for a lawyer. DO NOT USE

I paid $30 for a single referral, and unfortunately, that referral is no longer available. Even worse, the law firm they were associated with has received very poor reviews. This experience has left me questioning the legitimacy of this website. I cannot recommend this service based on what I received.

Called this place before, they recommended the Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. Called that place, said they could not help due to some undefined income, then recommended MN lawyer referral again. Getting the runaround, and getting vibes neither establishment actually cares about helping.

Review of Minnesota Lawyer Referral Program I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Minnesota Lawyer Referral program. This service is supposed to help consumers get legal aid, but it falls far short of that promise. If you have no income, legal aid will refer you to this program, which is a complete joke. I spoke with a representative named Tamera for 30 minutes. She took my credit card number and assured me she would email me a lawyer who could help with my issue. Instead, she emailed Shawn, the very person I was trying to get legal help against. To make matters worse, Shawn called me at 8 AM, reprimanding me for contacting the Minnesota Lawyer Referral program. He stated he received an email the day before, instructing me to call about a gas leak and a water line being cut. Shawn, the person I was trying to get legal help against, told me an email was sent to him and I would never reach a real lawyer. It seems they pay the Minnesota Lawyer Referral program to prevent people from getting actual legal assistance. This program does not provide the legal help you need. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for legal aid.

They will take your money, not find you any help, then refuse to issue a refund.

An excellent service for connecting clients with attorneys that can help.

Service overall was good, had one very helpful phone call for a custody matter, and one not very helpful for traffic law.

I obtained 3 referrals. Every referral took minimum 5 - 7 business days to contact me back. By than I asked for a new referral and the same happened in a total of 3 times. I asked for a refund. They never put the refund through. I called 2 weeks later. They had no record of me requesting a rerefund. Imagine putting your LIFE & WELL BEING in the hands of people who treat you as is you're a plebian in the days of monarchy. It was the worst lawyer, besides public defenders, experience I have ever encountered. Avoid this company at all cost. They only care about how much money they can get from you.

Maybe this is a good idea but the staff were horrible, would not recommend to anyone with a history of trauma or personal injury. Edit:to be clear, being told whether I had a case was no small part of why I was reaching out, and was not the problem nor the reason for this review. Keep yourselves safe folks.
