I wish I could give this firm a zero star …I ask for my final bill and I pay in full and I was over charge …Instead to go with my case David Facciolo made and suggested to make a deal with the court…After 13 months later I received a email for outstanding bill for $3000.00 I ask what it is this not answer …Stay away from this firm ….
I wish clients would pay their bills instead of finding excuses as why they don't need to pay. Over 25 years of practice clients had not paid us for over $800K. This client we did two different cases for and he only paid for one. He got his cases confused and refused to pay.<br>
On a simple traffic violation issue for speeding, before even listening, his comment was "I don't know what to say", never dealt with before, sorry. I don't understand why MetLife even allow such lawyers on their plan when they just don't want to do their job. Time waste.
Metlife allows us to not accept cases especially if it is something we ar not familiar with.
They handled my case very well and treated like family. Highly recommend them.

Never returned my call because the receptionist couldn't remember to deliver the message to the attny...then blamed me for not calling back again to check....
We only get about 50 calls per day and 100 emails. Sometimes things to get missed. Sorry
