I came to Missouri Injury Law Firm for help with my work comp case. After 1 unsuccessful surgery with a work comp surgeon the insurance company wanted to close my case. I have been working with Gene for the past two years. After getting in a bad car wreck at work I started to get pushed around by workman’s comp (CCMSI). Work comp ended up closing my case without my knowledge and they only provided treatment for muscular issues even though they never did any tests to find out what was causing the pain. I contacted my work comp doctor one morning because the pain was unbearable and was informed he closed my case the previous day after a follow up. After going to the ER, I was told I had a couple herniated discs. I contacted CCMSI numerous times and they continuously refused to do anything. After contacting Gene, I was seen by a spinal surgeon within a couple of weeks. It was later determined that I needed to have surgery. After surgery I was out of work for 3 months and then had 3 months of light duty. Gene has helped me beyond anything I could imagine. He gave me my life back by fighting for me. Gene worked on my case for two years without seeing any payment until we reached a settlement. Gene and his associates are very personable and have helped me in so many different ways.
