You know the low reviews that you see on this, matches it in person with steven mitch dever. I wanted to obtain closure on what went placed during with my father’s time when he was on this earth after he was in an accident.I was very respectful when i went to go see him and what i get? Disrespect. So i say that to say The POA who was speaking on behalf my father isnt very much helpful & neither is steven mitch dever.

Mr Dever assisted me with a code Inforcment issue I had with bay county and he find an architect to help me draw plans . He went beyond scope of his work to fight corrupted bay county code Inforcment. He is knowledgeable and very resourceful in bay county community.

Extremely rude answering the phone. I decided not to give him any business after hearing his first sentence on the phone. No thank you.

The first case, housing matter, was conducted properly and timely but the second case he handled was conducted without his conviction. Obviously, I lost. I would appreciate upfront truth and rejection of my case by him instead of taking the case and loosing in a situation that was a clear win for me. I don't advise such practices.

Mr. Dever did not do background investigation. I received a letter from him today addressed to my uncle who owned property in Panama City but passed away five years ago. His property went to eight family members. Since a few family members couldn't get their act together, due process came to a halt without even beginning. A company bought it at auction two months ago. IF I had been interested in retaining a probate attorney, I would have sought one. I don't need an attorney advertising what he can do when he hasn't turned a hand to do his homework and has no idea what in the cat hair he's talking about.

Mitch is a tiny man with an enormous ego. He has no soul, his arrogance is palpable. He owns properties in PC and is the definition of slumlord. He is corrupt because he deals with people that are corrupt. He puts people's lives at risk by refusing to follow laws that require him to maintain his rental properties. If you dare to let him know your rights as a tenant, he will immediately tell you you're evicted...without reason. He treats his employees like dirt, exposing them to hazardous chemicals, such as gasoline, tear gas and human blood, while supplying no protective gear. He refuses to use professional cleaning services to clean up crime scenes. The ppl who stand up against him can 100 percent expect retaliation. I'm sure he's a great lawyer, he possesses all the qualities needed to destroy people's lives.
