Anyone considering this law firm just know: I called them to see if they can help with a case. My husband was in the hospital due to a medical malpractice and was diagnosed with DVT, could’ve died cause of a blood clot possibly extending to his organs, not sure if she knows how serious that is. Basically her response was since he didn’t lose a limb, and he’s getting treatment, they don’t want the case. Well treatment isn’t free. So unless you’re left without a limb or wheelchair they won’t handle you case.

I initially called when the intake coordinator was not available. The callback was prompt. Communication was both to-the-point and compassionate. Our intake call concluded that my case was not a good fit, yet this brief interaction exuded professionalism.

Unprofessional and poor follow-up. It's important to have lawyers that take initiative and don't waste your time.

My wife and I just lost our daughter from a birth illness and even though we had a good amount of evidence Michell and Leeds were very up front with us and told us a case like ours would be very difficult to win or for them to win even enough to cover their cost of taking on such a case. We were grateful for all the useful information and not just another shine on go away attitude.
