This group was awful. I had my final disability hearing and the judge stopped my lawyer after the very first question he asked me. The judge was livid and said this is not his first time he warned that lawyer. I was left to defend myself, meanwhile they collected $9,200 from my backpay, and literally hurt my disability case. Then sent me a bill for filing that one paper they filed in my case. Afterwards, they had the audacity to call me and say that if anything happens to my case, they will not represent me further.

I want to say that Mitzner Law was amazing! I got my disability on the first try. It took a little over a year for a decision, but that is average for Texas. I would highly recommend them. They have an amazing reputation. They respond quickly to questions and the customer service was always wonderful. In this day and age, that is hard to find.

I am so grateful to Miles, Kory, Sierra, Tony, Kimberly and all of the other staff who worked so hard on my case. They've continued to stick by me during some of the hardest times in my life. We won today! I know it's a long wait but so worth it. They went above and beyond even as far as to calm me as down as I was so nervous about the hearing I couldn't sleep. Im very greatful for this firm as im finally approved after a 6.5 year SSDI battle!! My first 2 cases (different states) with different firms were both denied. After my 2nd denial I was about to give up but I still had 45 days on the clock before my 5-year window closed. I called around, many firms tirned me down soon as I said its my 3rd attempt but Mitzner firm listened, pealed back the laywers, cut thru the red tape, looked at my records and saw I had a solid case. The 3rd attempt went much faster then the first 2, just 1.5 years. I had very little hope & confidence that I would be approved but I guess 3rd time is a charm Mitzner made it happen, did what others firms were unable to do.

They were super easy to work work. Very professional. I felt like they cared about me and wanted the best outcome for me. They won my case.

Didn't even bother taking on the social security monster on my own, went straight to Mitzner. Glad I did, my representation was spot on and covered things ever so thoroughly. By the end of my hearing, he had well established and represented my case beyond a shadow of a doubt, in my logic as well as the eyes of the workforce commission, that I should win my case. I was so disappointed with this law firm. They dropped me six weeks before my case, saying I had a weak case. They were wrong. Something told me not to give up, so I hired another law firm and they won my case for me. Unfortunately I had to get another hearing date. Thanks to advocate law firm who did win my case. The girl that answered the phone wasn't that friendly The girl that did my intake was extremely friendly and I wish she was an attorney because she actually took the time to listen to me talk and hear my whole story. But just like every other disability law firm you never really get to talk to the attorney because they don't care. If you are a quick payout for them then they'll go for you but if not they don't want to take the time to help build a case and get you disability. You're not a person. All they did was look at a couple of things to decide that I wasn't worth fighting for. That goes completely against a lot of the reviews on their page. Disappointing
