I wish I could leave zero star ,Based on my experience, I would not recommend MJM law office or this attorney. It seems this law firm is good for DUI but I hired him to represent me in a different matter and it quickly became clear that there was no effort being put in to fight for the best possible outcome. There was little communication and was pushed to live with a charge on my record, despite my case having strong grounds to be contested. I felt that I paid for legal representation that did not receive the dedication or advocacy I expected. I hired a new lawyer instead and they fought for me and won, with my record being 100% clean. If you are looking for someone who will fight for you, I suggest exploring other options.

I just got off the phone with MJM and couldn't be more impressed. I clearly understand now my approach to my misdemeanour DUII citation that I received six months ago, but was only notified of a court date after 5 months of a waiting period. Even though my thought was to aggressively defend myself, I understood that I needed to lead with my brain and take a diversion if offered by the court. MJM could have clearly robbed me of $5500 and played the game that so many lawyers do. I called Max Mizejewski at MJM Law Offices and inquired about DUI Legal Representation in early July 2023.  Max called me back the same day within 1 hour and walked me through my options and legal services he could provide.  I interviewed 3 different local Eugene-based criminal attorneys that week and found in my research and conversations that Max was extremely knowledgeable + well respected by the Lane County District Court Judges, District Attorney's office and local Recovery Programs . Secondly, I liked that Max's compensation + fee structure for legal representation was much easier to understand and quantify for my entire case from start to finish.  My case took 5 months to work through the legal process and Max was there every step of the way walking through all the details and information.  Tatum Neal, the MJM Law Office Executive Administrative Assistant is courteous, prompt in communication and feedback and highly detail oriented.
