If you’re looking for an attorney who truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Michael Prisco. My case was very unique, and he handled it with incredible patience, understanding, and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he worked hard to get the best possible outcome and secured an excellent financial result for my case. I always felt like he genuinely cared and was fully committed to helping me. I had another attorney handle my case, somebody who was at one time a friend, he wasn't handling what should have been a lucrative justifiable case, so a friend suggested Michael J Priscoe, At first we hit it off he seemed on the ball, I was nearly killed by a kid texting while he was driving , he hit me head on at 40mph while I was going 40mph that = 80 mph,, I'll let you be the judge of the photos included here, all Priscoe did was make phone calls, the first meeting with insurance he told me to settle, you dont know Nassau cty jury's, once again look at the fotos, does that look like a $75,000 accident minus his $27,000.?? Oh yeah he's highly competent,,, what kind of mental and emotional injuries do you think I sustained besides a fractured hand???

My first visit to New York City in 2023 was a wonderful experience up until I suffered a fall at Rockefeller Center. I suffered serious injuries after an unmarked drop at the sidewalk caused me to tumble.
