Unfortunately I had the weirdest experience with this law firm….i did a consultation and was very clear and thorough, I was told that the firm decided to take my case ….im not sure what happened but the law firm must have contacted workman comp because all of a sudden workman comp went silent and said they couldn’t answer any questions from me because I have a lawyer that reached out to them….so I had no access to them anymore….so as the days and weeks went by I hadn’t heard anything from this law firm,I had to keep reaching out, then finally I asked the receptionist did they take my case or not because no one is interacting with me at all…I finally get Viviana but she had very little to say to me…she acted like she had no clue who I was and what I was talking about…I had to keep pushing the narrative of the things I wanted to talk about…she kept telling me to send her irrelevant random things that I thought she had already that’s why workmen comp stopped talking to me,…..so I couldn’t take it anymore I called Viviana for the last time and asked her did she take my case or not? Can you please tell me what’s going on? She had me explain again what I was suing for and who I was and she said…..” o , we don’t handle them kind of cases I’m sorry”….. I’m like errrrrrrrr? Whaaaat? After all this time ???? I’m devastated because so much time is wasted now I have to find another attorney….she didn’t offer a referral or anything…I was very disappointed….there were no communication with her, lack of compassion,short attention span and very dismissive….as you read this you can feel my disappointment…I’m glad to see all the other positive comments I wish I had one

First off, the initial intake Rep( Crystal) was the best experience i had with the firm. It went down hill with everyone else. 2nd. The original paralegal(Brissia) didn't do any work, didn't respond, didn't give me the information needed. To the point I had to call the office manager) Marcella) who agreed as if she cared. I'll be taking over your case for now Ms.Taylor. Well she was just like the paralegal. When I called in to speak with Marcella she pawned me off and I find out it's some person named Viviana. I've done all the work. Several emails several calls trying to get someone who's really in charge. Then it's like they have a attitude. IT'S MY LIFE I'M FIGHTING FOR. Then the attorney, smh. Worse than they are. He didn't want toto fight for me nor give the information to the doctor so it would strengthen my case. He didn't want to appeal my PLN-11.. he advised me to sell care on personal injury and it wouldn't be favorable to me. Did the judge trend to did with the carrier but I tell the viviana she says i don't know why he would tell you that. The attorney didn't do anything he said. I was suppose toto be set up with social security rehab program since jan.29th. Every time I ask there never any response. He isn't accessible. Then my treating doctor office kept calling emailing and the office manager never got any response to the point she called me. I then call back to this firm expressing the severity abs that I needed a higher up so they know from the client what's going on. But instead I was directed to that viviana person. I told them I will be filing a complaint and I have emails calls where they are not responded too. Then too add insult to injury. I removed from my case but according to TDI they can't be removed right before a BRC. The viviana person wanted to argue.. literally got loud..It's funny how when someone no longer wants you. People lose respect and I told the i want my file , no response as usual. MLF YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHHOLD MY MEDICAL RECORDS . They just kept getting paid and have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!. Them thrifty had the audacity to act like I'm the problem. When someone keeps saying the same thing. You'd think maybe it's the other person.. I'm disgusted at these so called professionals. The attorney was purposely trying to sabotage my case by bringing up things in the BRC that were irrelevant and not bringing up what he should. He tried to discourage me and tell me just go get help on the personal injury side.. why would I do that. I want justice and my medical care because I didn't got someone with my truck. They hit me. He supposed to work for the client. Honestly this firm wanted to be rid of me because I WILL ALWAYS ADVOCATE FOR MYSELF PERIOD!!. people assume you know nothing. Oh that's the other thing. They only gave me information when I bring it to their attention. I expressed many times. I know your busy everybody wants the same thing and I repeatedly said, when it's my turn give me what I need you won't have all these constant mini difficulties.. then that viviana person thought she was going to get loud with me today and I hung up right in her face as I did the receptionist. They played games. Keeping me from a higher up. Who does that. Maybe they good somewhere else in the firm but Jameson don't use him for nothing!!. Stay away from this location. Go if you'll be passive and quiet but if your really trying to get help RUN.. Business's barely respond to the negative to see what went wrong. They are ok losing clients. The positive boost their rating. Does anyone do good business anymore??. Let's see if it's any different.

I was injured on the job earlier this year, and I needed a law firm that I could trust due to my injury. I called around but it was MLF Legal that took the time to answer all my questions and I greatly appreciated that. Viviana has been my legal assistant from the beginning and she is a true professional! Daniel Morris is my attorney and that guy knows how to get results in a timely manner.
