Modovsky Law Office

My father retained Attorney Modosky for legal representation. A $500 check was issued to his law office and was later returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), which is documented by the bank. This created additional financial and legal stress for our family. In addition, statements were made in filings that misrepresented me and other family members. These statements were not accurate and caused unnecessary conflict. Despite these issues, paperwork was still filed, leaving our family to address the consequences afterward. Clients should expect honesty, accurate representation, and ethical handling of funds. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering this attorney to carefully review financial transactions, confirm representations made on their behalf, and monitor all court filings closely.

A lawyer without a handicap accessible building what does that tell you Let's just leave the lawyer part out but everyone there except Stacia talk down to you and treat you like they are above you Stephen will sell you the world until it's not a million dollars case keep for a yr with no communication and and then tell you it's just not enough money for him. WASTED!!! a whole yr, NO I would NOT recommend this place to anyone do your research

Hired this place through online site and he basically charged me $185 to tell me he can't advise me.

EDIT::: Do your research people, the bad reviews that were originally here when I first posted this are all gone. Had a bad experience in the past with Stephen. Was extremely rude and spoke to me very condescendingly like an idiot when I asked question. "Do you know what x means? Of course you don't you're not an attorney." He also prioritizes cases depending on how much money they're worth. So if you case isn't worth much be ready to wait up to 6 months. Would never recommend. Staff was very kind though.
