This is the best law firm to use for WC injury cases. Michael, Cameron and Brenda are terrific their communication is excellent! You will never feel left in the dark, they’ll inform you up front if you have a case or not so you don’t waste your time. You will never feel like you’re just a number at this law firm, if your call is missed they’ll call you back promptly. There’s no need to hound them. They are constantly working on case. Every WC injury is different and my case was completed faster than I expected. I was informed what my case was worth and they did everything they could to get me exactly what they told me. I am happy with my results and I pray I never have to experience this again but if I do I’m definitely calling Moebes Law firm! Thank you all so much for everything. Unethical Conduct Regarding Legal Representation: Initially, Michael Moebes, who owns this Law firm agreed to represent me, but later withdrew via his coworker Camron Mckinley without valid justification, wasting valuable time that could have been spent securing proper legal counsel. They relied on inaccurate information from another attorney (Gerber and Holder) regarding an untrue police report from Henry County police, which undermines my case without doing proper due diligence. " the police said i was the aggressor when in fact i was the victim of assault and battery I have video proof. Failure to Review and Advocate for My Case: Instead of reviewing the facts of my case independently, the firm sided with a false report, which is unethical. This suggests bias and a lack of professionalism in handling my case, as they didn’t advocate for me but accepted misleading information. Misleading Legal Advice: Camron McKinley misled me about the discovery process, saying" Don't worry about the discovery " regarding the insurance company’s lawyer’s discovery requests. This misinformation caused unnecessary complications. This false advice negatively impacted my ability to prepare for legal proceedings. Breach of Confidentiality: The firm allegedly disclosed my case details to Adam Adkins who texted me saying he received information about my claim from Michael Moebes , this was without my consent, which is a serious violation of client confidentiality. I was not informed that my private information would be shared with anyone, let alone an unknown individual whose role and affiliation are unclear. This could also be considered a violation of attorney-client privilege, a breach of legal ethics. My personal contact information (phone number) was also shared without my consent, which further jeopardized my privacy and confidentiality. Failure to Respond to Concerns: When I raised concerns about confidentiality and the sharing of my information with Adam Adkins, Camron McKinley failed to respond. This lack of accountability worsens the situation and displays a disregard for my concerns and legal ethics. Immoral Behavior: The firm acted with disregard for my rights, failing to uphold their responsibility to provide me with proper, diligent, and honest representation. Their actions harmed my case and compromised my privacy for no valid reason, adding to the unethical and immoral nature of their conduct. Potential Legal Violations: Breach of Confidentiality: Sharing my private information without consent could violate attorney-client privilege, which is protected by law. False Representation: The firm relied on inaccurate information without investigating the truth, which may have compromised my legal rights. Failure to Disclose: Misleading me about the discovery process could lead to legal penalties, especially if it hindered my ability to prepare my defense. Conclusion: The conduct I've experienced from Moebes Law involves multiple unethical actions, including failure to provide proper legal representation, sharing confidential information without consent, and providing misleading legal advice. These actions not only harmed my case but also potentially violate legal standards governing client confidentiality and professional conduct. I am reporting this behavior to the appropriate legal authorities and publicly documenting my experience.
