I am not the person to leave bad reviews on something that is someone’s livelihood but this one is a bit personal for me I gave him the money he asked for and almost a whole 3 months later not quite I get arrested for having a warrant and held in county jail when I went before the judge on a video arraignment there was no record of me being represented by James Moir esq anywhere I told the judge he was my lawyer and there must be some misunderstanding because it should have been cleared months ago and should have a new court date the judge obviously did not believe me and raised my bail from 1,000$ cash bail to 3,000$ cash bail and since my dwi subsequent case was out of Hillsboro county I got transferred to one of the worst jails in the country valley street where after 2 weeks of my family fiancé and I trying to get a hold of him I paid the bail bondsman the 3,000$ cash and received a new court date so at this point I have spent almost $8,000 and he hasn’t filed one piece of paper yet . When I finally went to his office after he still hadn’t responded he still didn’t know exactly what had happened because he says to me Andreas! I heard you got arrested on new charges ? No Jim it’s the same case I hired you for he couldn’t and did not give me an explanation he weaseled his way out of that conversation but at this point I really didn’t care . So along the way I had still had some problems with drinking and I never lied about it I also had pneumonia and lost my voice so one court date got rescheduled. The next time we are suppose to go to court he asks to continue it because his nephew had a heart attack in a restaurant I understood we continued when it came down to it again I needed more time to try and get off my medication before I go in and do 30 days at valley st jail I wasn’t excited to go back I had my sentencing hearing he was rude again and looking for a little cash on the side since he had gone to court a little more than he wanted well after thinking about it I already over paid and got the bare minimum back never mind the fact he violated attorney client privilege multiple times. Anyway wasn’t going to let him get away with that with out at least writing a review . So Jim if your reading this it’s Andreas thanks for nothing

My fiance hires Jim as his attorney based off a recommendation of a friend of ours. It was not up to par I had called for a week straight along with his parents because he had gotten re arrested and jailed for 2 weeks because the warrant that was suppose to be cleared and a new court date given was never done and this is 2 and a half months after he paid him 5,000$ up front in a cashiers check! Very lackluster and not who you want in your corner when your freedom is on the line
