So i turned some lein information and evidence over to Aaron Racine more then 6 months ago on some outstanding invoices from a property management who does not pay there bills. I'm owed more then 20,000 dollars on this property and these property management company's are continuously doing this over and over again to vendors all over kansas and Missouri. In the past 6 months since turning this paperwork over to Aaron to try to recover the money from this job I've been unable to contact him or receive any communication back from him on this time sensitive matter. I have contacted other attorneys in this office to try and get answers to what is going on with everything leading me straight to a dead end with no communication what do ever. Now I'm down to my last few days before i will be getting screwed over by these groups of property management company's who have been stealing money from business owner all across Missouri, kansas and other states from what i have researched for over 50 years now. I would not recommend anyone to call this law firm for the lack of communication and obviously allowing this case to slip through the cracks. This is a very hard hit for a small business owner and looks as if it is going to shut me down from continuing on in the future. I can't believe so many of are fine legal system is OK with these criminals continuing to steal and rob company's over and over again for 50 years and won't lift a finger to do anything about these criminals. This world has truely become a disgusting and unjust society.

I filled out an online inquiry with consise details about what I needed a lawyer for. After a week of not hearing anything, I called and spoke to the receptionist who was very nice. She took my information and said an attorney will get back to me. That was a month ago.

Young attorney bailed out on me last minute and racked up a hefty tab I paid a large amount to retain her aswell I'm still paying off this it's been 2 years!!!!

I paid 5k upfront and they used all of my money up. I asked how much I would owe and they would reply with don't worry about it right now. Then after they ran up a 11k tab they decided to stop representing me. Every little interaction I had with staff or my lawyer even if I left a message they would charge me a outrageous amount, I even had to go out of my way to do some of the work for them and they charged me. The situation had gotten so bad the opposing sides attorney wanted to help me.

Mr. Monaco handled a particularly difficult case for my family around 15 years ago and gave us our lives (and for me, my family) back. I cannot praise nor thank this man enough. It’s a pretty penny, but if you need a FANTASTIC lawyer, he’s who you’ll go to. Great man with even better work. From the kid you helped when I was young, thank you so much.

We paid retainer and thought we submitted everything but there was a mistake in delivery. Young attorney reschedule our court date and then forgot about us by doing absolutely nothing. After two months we attempted to get update and found out that nothing has been done. Young attorney made excuses, did not follow through on word and then withdraw one month before case. This was so unprofessional. This firm is normally ok. We felt screwed. She cried and blamed us for her oversight and never took responsibility. Never again. She never attempted to make correction yet wanted more money. This truly a disappointment.
