I was a BA, a union steward for around 15 years, and a full time package car driver for 26 years at UPS. This attorney firm is the absolute BEST I have ever seen in dealing with workers comp problems! I sent many FT drivers and other hourly employees to Mr. Monast for help with workers comp problems that they couldn't get traction on and Mr. Monast won every case. In my opinion, don't waste time calling around. Call James Monast's office and you will be very glad you did.

Very happy I decided to go with Monast, or a lawyer in general. They helped me get the surgery I needed that was initially denied, and helped with any compensation and settlement. Almost 5 years since my injury, but finally finished. Todd, Samantha, Jim and others I dealt with were all super helpful and understanding.
