Terrible experience. Monge & Associates completely mishandled my accident case — 7 months of delays, poor communication, and misleading updates. They told me my case was worth $56K, then tried to settle for $12K. They werent even trying to goto court and fight for me. Never spoke to a real attorney until the end. They wasted my time, lied about progress, and ruined my trust. I’ll be filing a complaint with the Maryland Bar Association for their conduct.
Monge And Associates accepted my two accident cases assigned to an Attorney Kansas MO of cases in Virginia then had a Virginia Attorney MS Whitetale call me indicated wanted to help me then MS Whitetale ask MS Johnson to review my cases then declined to help me when previously signed retainer agreement. Then had Kansas Attorney contact me back threw email withdrew from my cases and then indicated they would not take my cases to trial then indicated it is not enough benefit for them to go to Court
