They are rude and unhepful. They pretend they want to help but then tell you "you don't meet our criteria" without and further explanation and hang up on you. As someone who is injured and suffering, what you need is help, not attitude.

A couple months back I was involved in a car wreck. It was my first time being involved in one and seeking legal action/help. Monge and associates made it incredibly easy on my end and always responded quick within a day if not that same day. They explained the process thoroughly and they were always reassuring. For everything I experienced in the accident I feel like they got the most of what I could’ve possibly received from the party at faults insurance and I am very grateful and lucky for having this law firm on my case. Lord forbid me or anyone I know gets involved in a car accident but if it were to happen I know which law firm I will go to and which law firm I’ll recommend! I'm giving 5 stars because after countless people working on my case there was 1 individual named Zachary Poole that came in and saved everything. He was kind, determined, knowledgeable and did I say DETERMINED to make sure that I got everything I deserved. He kept me up to date on everything that happened no matter the change. Zachary is one hell of a lawyer and if there is any other time that I may need services he will DEFINITELY be the one I call on.
