If I could give 0 stars I would. From the very first call and their YouTube add guarantees a settlement within 30 days. Let me take you back... I called October 2022 didnt receive my $3500.00 settlement and I legit almost lost my life! I was completely lied to. The Lawyer at monge and Cindy or Sherry told me she was on maternity leave after my 30 days and then they switched me to another attorney for about a year or so and then switched me back to Sherry again and she sounds like she is either a lush or she is about 70 years old so it was over and over and over again they would send me to this lawyer and that new lawyer because they did that youtube add and they lied to me 100% monges lawyer started beating me up about my past conviction in court and they're not even relevant at all. I was shocked with the service and the way I was treated. Yes I have been to jail in 2004 for trafficing drugs. So what! Why did she tell me that the court was going to use that against me and this Sherry passed me off again to another lady who said this car crash that i was a passenge of and almost died! That now she was saying the courts are going to somehow us this against me....and the insurance company liberyy mutual who owed me a settlement told my lawyer at monge and associates they would give me $3500.00 it was like this Cherrys associate in Cincinnati Or Columbus yes it was Columbus this new attorney from monge was now telling me all this bad stuff about me and my past record. Which I still have No idea why any of that would matter to the courts. I wasn't driving. I was injured. I still have glass in my head where my head went through the entire front windshield. And my neck and back have been a mess ever since. You guys got me $3500.00 lmao! I know I could have done better myself. Matter fact I have done better at age 17 I was in. An accident and again it pansy my fault. See the trend. I get framed and also wrong place wrong time and my own attorney thats supposed to be protecting and fighting for her income and my settlement. Now I have no money and I cant work because of my neck and back. Ive got to file social security disability because of the crash and you all never even asked me if I need to file it or even how was I doing. You all dropped the ball and I will not be able to recommend anyone to you until you fix this problem and I have got to keep making comments and making everyone aware even if I have e to start a you tube page and pour my income and sources into ppl knowing what kind of work you are doing there.

Craig is AWESOME!!!! He fought for me and got what I deserved!!! He gets the job done and is passionate about what he does. He's very personable and cares about his clients.
