Felix Montero is not allowed to practice law in California, as currently disclosed in the California State Bar Association Attorney Portal. We have been unable to reach him to get our file back after trying for a very long time via phoning his office, email and text. He has not been responsive. Nothing was done on our case since 2017 beyond filing the initial application, so our money was taken fraudulently and there are others that have had the same experience. Court documents are available for public viewing on the California State Bar Website.

AWEFUL LAWYER! so unprofessional. quick to take money then no communication afterward. just disappeared with my money, more than $4000 good thing i paid with my credit card so after i couldnt reach him, i file for disputes and i will bring this to the state bar too for his malpractice.

I have never had to deal with an attorney until now. Felix is not answering my calls and texts. The lack of response and transparency is negligent and not acceptable any longer. Unprofessional Law firm.
