I had a case today for reckless driving in James City County in Williamsburg VA. My brother told me I needed an attorney. I came across this law firm. Hired Mr. Kelly to represent me. He's been practicing law longer than I've been alive; so I had full trust in him and rightfully so. Even though I was nervous because it was my first ever court case. He assured me he had everything under control. I had a favorable outcome. Very nice man, I wish we could've met under better circumstances. If you have a traffic violation in Williamsburg or the surrounding areas, Mr. Kelly is the man to call. I'm grateful for his services.

I do NOT RECOMMEND.. The Reviews Are going to Foul you into thinking you found a Good Local Lawer.. that’s not the Case for This Firm.. they tell you that they could do the case cheaper than anybody in the area. Just to take your money right away.. Lack/poor communication. And very rude office assistances (ladies) .. This is the second time happening to me with these lawyers. No real work or fight is put up on your behalf from this firm clearly. And most importantly.. ( The money that I paid for this lawyer.. Wasn’t even close to half what my guilty fine was) .. I was better off representing myself and keeping my money in my .. More of the story stop hiring these lawyers that just needs the money to keep their business afloat. Make these people do their job or stop supporting them locally..

I can’t recommend Ms. Montgomery enough! What an absolute pleasure it was to meet her. She was very thorough, understanding, and to the point. She asked questions about my motivations with zero judgment and without being condescending. She was also very reassuring and is clearly a smart woman and an even better attorney. If you need an attorney who knows her stuff and will have your back while keeping your best interests in mind she’s the one you’re looking for. The admin assistant Kaylin is also an absolute sweetheart. All around an amazing office with a good atmosphere that makes you feel better about your situation.
