I honestly have no idea what is going on at the office anymore. In the past, I have used this company—and so have several family members—and our experiences were always amazing. Unfortunately, this time was very different. My husband was involved in an accident, and instead of helping, they made the entire process much more difficult and stressful than it needed to be. Brenda, in particular, was very unprofessional. While I was in the middle of speaking to her, she abruptly transferred me to another department mid-sentence without explanation. This experience was disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation.

Excellent work and service. I recommend them for personal injuries.

Cowboy car wreck it's sorry as hell they told my wife they were going to send her a check that we've been waiting on for 2 months now they told her they were going to send her pain meds we've been waiting on that for 3 months they won't answer the phone they keep lying and it's been over a year they keep trying to force her to go to therapy and we're in the process of getting another attorney to take over the case

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews that you see on the website trust me they are paid for. The firm is very slow on getting back with clients on things they are asking for or need help with, nor do they check on you during the treatment stage of the process. Another issue they have is anytime that you ask to speak to a certain person at the firm you will always be redirected back to your case manager which is very irritating when your trying to help them in getting your case finished and closed out. The accounting team is rude both the manager and her assistant and no one at the firm seems to be in the same page. I’m still waiting on my settlement check to arrive to their office after signing off on the final amounts a week ago and also being called by the closing manager the week prior stating that they received the settlement check in full from the other parties insurance company, but I have to have 2-3 week for them to get chase to usps mail out a check back which delays your payout even longer but there in the clear because the have there funds it’s just the client that has to wait!!!

Don’t believe these 5 star reviews! They have to be paid or people who work for the firm. This firm has been subpar from the beginning. I hate I used them. Ask important questions (do you have direct deposit as an option? Do you have in house advances? How long does it take to receive payment once everything has been wrapped up?) you won’t like the answers. There is no direct deposit, there is no in house advance, there is no Docusign and they get a paper checks snail MAILED from the bank to them for them to then mail it to you, or you pick it up; which causes an unnecessary delay. They do not care about your bills piling up while telling you the check process takes 2-3 weeks. It’s ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!! Find an attorney who believes in using modern technology. The car wreck cowboy is stuck in the past. The only technology they use is email and the telephone. This law firm has no sense of urgency and doesn’t care about what the client has going on. Michelle C. and Ginger M. act like you’re a bother and they don’t care about resolving things quickly. I had to print out forms instead of using Docusign. They also don’t do in house advances so I had to get an outside firm and pay interest. They also still issue paper checks instead of offering direct deposit. There’s no way a client should have to wait 2-3 weeks to receive a PAPER check when direct deposit is a thing. Find a firm who chooses to do better.

Emelda Byrd was extremely rude anytime we ever talk to her. She acted like it was a bother if we needed an update on our case and truly just don’t understand why she’s in the line of work that helps others and fights for others when she seems like it is the biggest inconvenience for her. Do better! They also get people to do reviews by offering a gift card to food places. Yes, I got a check, but they also got Way more than half. My case settled for more than 100 grand and I only got 30. Please read over your contracts before you commit to this law firm.

From the time I started they treated me with respect . They took the time to answer my questions and they let me know what they were doing every step of the way . If they miss your call they’ll call you back within the next day . If you are in a wreck call the cowboy because he will treat you right and the practice will treat you like family .

Montgomery Law is the best hands down! They handled my case and made sure that I got the maximum payout in quickest amount of time!
