This review expresses my deep disappointment with the service I received from your firm. My experience was far from good, primarily due to the extremely poor communication from day one. I was constantly made to feel like a burden whenever I tried to reach out via phone or email, or even when I had simple questions. When I signed up, no one informed me about the process. There was no guidance on how each step would unfold or how I would be transitioned between different people on my case. Worse, I was never told that updates would only come on your schedule, if at all. Calls were met with indifference, and I was left without crucial information, always feeling as though I was waiting indefinitely. Moreover, progress was painfully slow. Tasks were completed one by one, with no sense of urgency. I felt as though my time was wasted, and I was treated as if I were not the client paying for these services. To this day, I still do not know who my attorney was. I was never introduced or informed—whether by email, text, or call—of who was representing me. This is unacceptable for a law firm. In summary, my experience was absolutely not the best, and if I could do it all over again, I would never choose this firm. I will not be recommending you to anyone.
